Rip-Off Company. Doesn't send invoices or packing slips with orders. Sends product you didn't order

I have been trying to find this company for quite some time now. I have been given the runaround. I called 1-800-597-8514 and they sent me to 1800-597-8533. This is a lab and has nothing to do with Performance Health and Hoodia Fen.

I didn't order this in the first place, and now they have charged my account $79.95 and this has given me an overdrawn amount and a $35 charge from my bank.

I will try to get the bank to reverse the charges and have them put a stop payment on any further charges from the same company and same amount.

Hopefully, this will deter the company from sending anymore product to my door. I will also send back the first order, which arrived with the bottom of the bottle cracked open. Real Safe!

I have never had this scam experience before. This is totally unethical for this company to be completely unavailable to contact in anyway and get them to stop doing this to other unsuspecting people.

I really don't have the finances to have money just taken from my account. I am already having a financial struggle and some months are very lean.

I would NOT have ordered this product, as I have had a gastric bypass in 2005 and would not need this product to loose weight. I had not even heard of HoodiaFen until now.

I will let you know if I am successful in having my bank take care of the problem. I hope we all will be able to get this company to pay attention to us and stop scamming us.
