Green Tea Pro LLC is engaging in fraud. They claim to have a product that helps to lose weight but there is no reason to believe that any of their claims have any merit.
In addition, they sign people up without giving them much information about the product and at checkout, they do everything possible to make it so quick and easy that the consumer does not notice the 'Terms and Conditions' button at the bottom of the page. They immediately charge you for the free product and claim that you will have two weeks to cancel but you may not receive the product within those two weeks. And even if you do immediately call, you may not be able to get ahold of them to cancel.
There have been numerous complaints about the product itself, but the problems with the company continue. I failed to see the Terms of Agreement button but canceled immediately upon receiving the new bottles. I called the number I found on my bank statement and received an RMA number, returned the product, and was promised a refund in two weeks.
No refund! I found an email address and wrote them but received a ridiculous response asking for a repeat of my name and address. Emails continued until finally they promised to refund HALF of the money. I agreed to this and let them know I would file a complaint. Then received and email saying they do not sell the product I was complaining about.
In the meantime I contacted my bank to file a dispute but the form did not ask for proof and the greentea people responded by claiming that I had not read the Terms and Agreement paper.
VISA rejected my dispute without asking for proof of their fraud! And they WILL NOT reopen a case once it's rejected! Take my advice, copy emails, record dates, contact banks, the consumer fraud division of Nevada's attorney general and send the PROOF! Fight this!
