Took money from my account, didn't get refund

I've approached the corporation many times about my reimbursement of $88 bucks which was obtained from my bill. I ended my purchase, and was informed to deliver a email to obtain my reimbursement. I delivered two emails, never got a response, I named and not got a person support agent. This should be a fraud!
