Dangerous products. No refund

Well i ordered fibro gone from exclusive health products. One week after taking this product i had excruciating pain in my back. I thought this would go away. Two weeks after taking this product i still had back pain extreemely bad. But then i had severe chest pains and had to be taken to quick care. I quit taking this product and the pain stopped the next day. I told the company about this and they said send the product back we will give you a refund well that never happend. They keep saying the refund was granted. But the bank statement does not lie. 208.00 i spent and no refund. So now i have to try to get legal help on my salary this is hard. If there is an attorney out there who cares. You could easily get a class action suit started against this company. There are a lot of unhappy customers. And they are lying about their refunds. They do not give refunds at all. I am also going to report them to the fda. I have read on other blogs that they themselves claim that their products cure fibromyalgia. So i know that this is illegal. Well let me know please
