Dr. Frank's Joint 7 Mussel Pain Relief i bought pain relief product. Their Ad emphasized satisfaction and money back grantee. The product didn't work for my condition, i have returned the product but no refund is given. Ripoff

i saw Dr. Frank Ad on TV about pain relief products; it sounded great therefore I order one bottle to try. Their ad emphasized satisfaction and money back grantee. The product didn't work for my condition, I have returned the product based on their customer service advise. After more than 3 months of run around and wasting my time Ms. Cindy Paul customer service rep denied receiving the product and fabricated that she can't find any record about me. I have sent a copy of invoice for their information but obtain no result.

I believe they are using bogus and faulty ad on TV to gauge the customers. On the other hands they are taking advantage of disparate people who are in pain and seeking help. Dr. Frank product was useless and he has no intention to help people just to make money.
