Bxxx & Billing nightmare, 19th, April

This is to advise of my online blog and consumer complaint regarding wrongful billing practices.
Requesting Tax ID # %for Chiropractic Neurology Center to confirm my FTC#% BBB site and this RIPOFF% complaints.
Additional consumer and online sites have or will receive this and ongoing results of this consumer complaint. Basically, from 3/19/07 to 4/11/07 attempts to collect an additional $ 607.20 for a healthy male new customer. Finally got an email address since the phone exchanges have failed to register and resolve this collections harassment.

Summary On 3/19 I signed in, a new patient who was not suffering any pain at all. I do not nor did not have any pain or real need for any alignment. This was to be an assessment which led to additional visits applying electrical stimulation to my back for muscle relaxation. No spasms or existing medical condition. No existing or pre-existing medical conditions or concerns.

Outcome I firmly believe this is a scam applying basic muscle relief services in a way out zone. All consumers beware, the real issue is driving up services and pricing without any indication all are being rejected by insurance or that the office fees are so much higher than generally accepted insurance coverage. The public office persona as cordial and no worries since insurance covers these services.

Contrast that with an offsite Billing NAZI faithfully mailing and calling over the last year while the OFFICE and Bxxx smile and advise, NO ISSUE, no Worries I'll take care of it, xxxxx. Going anywhere sucks for me whenever I see Bxxx thanks to this billing nightmare.

Next Steps Requesting a three way call linking 1-888-532-3314 and Brad Ralston 317-294-3298 to close out the 4/10 collection $ 607.20, a one year saga seeking closure. I, Kxx took care to ensure my account was always paid at the time of service. The exorbident fees and predatory practices confirm this is requires public attention to alert others bekieving insurance and good intentions in paying at the time of service has billing as up to date. Office confrontation, calls and web blog posting now required since ghost collection harrassment procedures are demanding this be escalated and resolved.
