Unprofessional collection practices

Uucb claims a local hospital turned my account over to them for collection. The hospital denies this saying my account is being considered a hard ship case to be written off.

UCB claims I can be sued, wages garneshed, home and cars repossessed, etc. They accessed my credit reports, claimed to call employers. All this related to me by the so called seniorcredit counselor.
