Cancelled account and still charged for two months!

Ordered the tea in January. Returned by calling company and getting appropriate directions to return also in January. Did not know I had Living Lean plan was involved at that time. I was charged $19.95 in March and April for this program!
Called the 1 866 396 5711 and company verbally agreed to cancel contract and refund the two months. I ask for a confirmation # which I received and ask that it be sent to my e mail address. I have not received as of yet.
