I, too, am a victim of Wu-Yi Source membership. I called to cancel on March 17 after I received the tea, and the tea bags were poor quality. I was told that I had to cancel by email. I went to the confirmation email that they sent out confirming the receipt of payment from me. I emailed Wu-Yi Source to cancel. I received an email back from Karen stating that she had cancelled my membership and she had removed me from autoship, but my credit card would still be charged for $29.95 for the full month supply that had been shipped.

I had no problem with that. When I check my account this morning I had been charged on April 8 for $19.95 three times. This company is a rip off and something should be done about this.
