On 2-19-008 I went for thoughts to get a complete top denture along with a bottom partial menu. On 3-6-08 I received my upper, and was told my partial had not come in yet. I had been named in the future in on 3/18/08 and was informed the steel about the incomplete had damaged, and would need to be sent and remade. After reading nothing from their store I named on 4/2 and 4/3 and was informed somebody might contact me back. Lastly today 4/4 I obtained a phone stating the incomplete had come in. I questioned easily might come and obtain it and was informed not for 5 times.inadequate support - wouldn't use Aspen again. They simply need the cash ($2700.00)
