Unauthorized charge to bank account

I placed an online order that appeared to be a legitimate company and the order confirmation email was correct, the amount specified was then removed from my account.

Then a month later, a second unauthorized withdrawal was charged to my account.

In calling the telephone number provided, it went through to a voicemail box that was full, and that website went to a "server down" page. That's when I did a search for the company name and "scam" and was directed to this site due to a similar occurrence.
