Lipozap trying to zap my money 440 sherman oaks

I went in for my FREE consultation in November, so far this FREE consultation has cost me $300.00. Why? Because MedAesthetica not only pre-approved me with CareCredit, but submitted a charge for approximately $2800.00 for which I have to pay to avoid my credit from being ZAPPED! I've never had anything done, not even the "test" injection. During my consultation, it was determined that my blood pressure was too high and MA wanted a release from my doctor, which my doctor declined to do. I was told during the consultation that if I wasn't able to do the procedure, my $ would be refunded. Several emails from me, several 4-6 weeks emails from their "cleint-no-services" and 4 months later, I still haven't received a single word from them. I've contacted the rep. At the office I went to and she tells me what they all seem to say "upper management" review. I've asked "what is there to review, that should take so long"? I have a medical condition and I haven't received anything but the "mints and water". I would join any class-action step against them. I would love the media to hear the stories also. I noticed some rebuttal on the first reports, but not since... What could that mean?
If I can find out who to speak with from the so-called review board I could get a better understanding of what their problem is. Any help?
