Is this guy still in business??? I thought I read he was convicted of fraud? I have not been able to reach anyone or get the "guaranteed" refund I was promised about a year ago now — after only been a subscriber for one day! I lost $500 to his scam. Does anyone know of a class action suit? I filed a claim with my redit card company, VISA and even they did nothing.
