Ruined my life con artist fake dirty ripoff liars bronx

When i was 19 i thought it would be a good idea to enhance my health and strength, and just my luck i received a flyer from bally total fitness employee and the flyer read join now for only 5$ so i said you cant beat that not knowing my pocket was the one that would receive the beaten.

So i went the next day to join the 5$ down payment turned into a 100$ so i said what the hell i singed up for three personal sessions and a 2 year membership. Its been almost two years now and i only recieved one personal session with a trainer and when i made another appointment he canceled. So i inquired about canceling my membership and i was told to read the contract i read it and it said i have to be no where near a a bally's facility or bring in proof of death now how silly is that.

Im almost 21 now i go to college and my credit is smashed because of ballys rip-off fitness i owe bally's almost 2,000 dollars for what? I dont even used their services nor was i contacted about my sessions which i think was very unprofessional, i mean he cancelled dont ytou think i should of been contacted to reschedule.
