Stold money from my checking account without my concent

On march 7th a charge was posted to my account in the amount of 69.83. This charge was made without my knowledge. After calling the bank on the next monday, I was given the phone number to the company that made the charge. 888-695-6649 the name of the company is Herbal Mind. When I called this number to resolve the obvious mistake (Ihave never heard of the company before) all I got was a runaround and to be told that the money would be cretited back to my account. Today is 3-11 and no credit is made as of yet. These people need to be prosecuted, this is theft no matter how you look at it.
