Diliberately decieves you and charges more money then you authorize

I am not surprised to see how many people have been ripped off by Ladies Workout Express. I too fell victom to the way the employes trick you into signinig a contract for three years but telling you it's only a one year contract. Yes I did a no no and did not read the fine print.

Anyway in June my contract will be up and if it werent for me looking at my bank statement in Feb of this year finding out that Ladies Workout took an extra $ 19.95 from my account without my authorization I was extremely upset and called my bank to stop all transactions from them but was told that I personally had to cancel my contract with the company first.

I called the workout center and asked for an explanation for why they took more money, I was told they did not know and was givin a phone number that was an autamated message center, no real person. I personaly went into the center and spoke with the new owner and was told that it must have been a sevice charge and that I should check with my credit card company L O L this was my bank account not a credit card, there reason was i must of had insufficant funds in my bank and that is why they took 19.95 on top of the 29.95 I told her thats not true because my bank would have notified me and if there were no funds on the 10th there would have been none in on the 11th but yet they were able to take $49.95 out anyways.

To make a long story short I gave them a letter of cancelation and also mailed a copy to the address on my contract, the mailed letter came back to me as Undeliverable and so now I wait to see if they will honor my cancelation if they don't then yes Lady of America is a rip off and should be put out of business.
