Charged my account with and never received a thing for it

I found charges on my CC for 19.95 and it was marked internet. At the time i was no where near the internet i was out of town. And what give this company the right to put a charge on my card and never notifiy me. I didn't purchase anything from them. Well i won't tolerate this and i will do what ever it takes to let people know and stop these companies.
