This company didn't send the sample and charged my card $19.95 without my authorization

Twice this company failed to send me the sample. Even with a UPS tracking code which clearly had a completely different address, I still never received the sample promised.

Then checking my account online, I discovered they had charged my account $19.95. I then Googled their name and came up with many links related to fraud, which of course brought me here.
