Shower Buddy, Israel Gamburd, Danny Cancian Used hygiene products sold but not accepted for return

We recently purchased shower buddy shower chair a handicap bathroom aid and were shocked to find that the units sold appeared used and had broken peices. The units were sold as new and are used in the bathroom for toileting and showering. We notified Shower Buddy of the need to return the order, shipped them back to them, only to have them reject the shipment for damaged packaging. It appears that they intended to resell these items again despite our notification that they had been used! We are presently seeking a refund with the credit card company as Shower Buddy aka Israel Gamburd aka Vadim refuse to credit our account.
