Report #304317, & #278611 in this website are true. If you've been taken; report it here, and also to the FTC via their online complaint; also the Better Bureau of Oklahoma City and the Oklahoma Attorney General; and any other online complaint registry that you can.

Read the Fed Reg Title 12; 205.6 et al, and don't hesitate to supply substantiation and additional substantiation since it takes a little time to recover from being duped; one is in some disbelief.
Also let the folks and businesses that hoodiaphen prominades on their website about the scam-how they are being used as implied endorsements.

Also the FDA should be notified. The number of complaints registered counts to be sure that this issue is not counted as an isolated incident.
