This company (well I think it is) does not answer customer service. No way to cancel. Scam

I guess I need to do a little, "or alot " of research before setting myself up for a rip off. I ordered the free shipping trial offer 12-27-07. Received it in about 5 days, everythings cool. Then 2 weeks later another bottle shows up. So I casually called the customer service #.. About 15 calls later and about an hour of hold time, I sent this, hope it fits your gripe and this place gets hung!!
