Have i been ripped off? Honolulu

I purchased a secondhand arasys machine as I have been ill for many years and cannot exercise as I used to.

The machine is missing a PCB which needs to be replaced.

I have contacted arasys who will not help me as I do not have the most recent version. They only seem to be trying to upsell a machine to me.

I have tried to request information to replace parts or repair at areasonable cost. THIS HAS NOT BEEN POSSIBLE.

I am quite disappointed as I feel I have been deceived by a company I thought would at least attempt or even pretend to be what they allow buyers to assume they are.

If anyone out there can help me with obtaining the information I require i.E. A wiring loom or company that will supply me with a circuit board please let me know.

Surely someone must be able to help with the disappointment this company is creating
