Mel Martinez, Viritual Store, order & money through Paypal website closed ripoff Nogales

I have ordered from this business before with no problems. Then they kept my money and sent nothing. Found out that they apparently are no longer in business... But they kept my money and did not send my order or send my money back. The name on the return adress from the Express package was: victor Solis, Virtual Store, 1305 N. Grand Ave. 192, Nogales, Arizona 85621. Phone number: 520-761-0357. This number no longer works. I guess they went out of business or something. I want my money back though. This should not be allowed. I was most disappointed in Paypal that they allowed my money transaction when they knew the Website and e-mail address did not exist any longer. I have never receied my money back or my ordered item.
