Ivory White is a scam!

I ordered your product and cancelled the order with in moments of ordering. I sent email asking to cancel... But was told it was too late to cancel less than three minuets after I ordered. As soon as the product arrived I made contact and waited to receive my return number.

In good faith I shipped the unopened/unused product back with my return number posted on the outside of the package as required. I sent this via first class US mail. My credit card was subsequently charged for $78.41 on Christmas Eve.

In good faith I returned your product to you and I am sure that your warehouse received it in a timely manner via first class US mail. I shipped on December 3. You charged my credit card on Dec. 24!

I consider my entire experience with your company to be a SCAM! I paid for shipping and your product was returned to you. I got nothing and I got SCAMMED!

I did have several conversations with two of your male customer service representatives and was told I needed to produce the receipt for my shipment. I did not keep the receipt of my shipment because I did not think I would need to keep it. I did not realize that I was getting SCAMMED!

The results of this charge put me into severe financial stress. My sister passed away on Dec. 29 and I had to return toys that my kids received for Christmas to make up the difference in what was SCAMMED by you in order to fly to Chicago for her funeral. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves!!! The law of Karmic retribution is hard to take so I would be watching my back if I was you. I wonder how you guys sleep at night knowing you are hurting people and stealing from them.

After I report you to the BBB I intend to use the vast power and resources of the internet to tell my story: in blogs, on sites, on surveys and customer ratings and in a mass email campaign to alert the public to your SCAM! I work for a large company I have a lot of contacts. I can only hope that no one else gets SCAMMED like I did.
