Americas Best Americas Worst at Keeping Records ripoff business from hell

I had an eye exam for contacts at this store, approximately 9 months ago at their "sale" rate of $69.99. When I logged onto their bestcontacts.com website, to reorder thru the web, I was told that there was a "problem" my order... The store couldn't find my prescription.

Now it seems that I will have to herded through their system again, only this time, the charge is $99.99.

Head's up, people. Here are a few hints for you: a "thorough" eye exam should take longer than 15 minutes (I waited in the waiting area longer than that); being counseled on their many "packages" should not be mandatory prior to your appointment; most importantly, pay the little bit extra to get a "REAL" eye exam. Your records, more than likely, won't get "LOST"
