Please check bank accounts carefully. I was wrongly charged for a service I never used!

I noticed an unfamilar charge of $29.89 withdrawn from my bank account on 1/11/08 from this company 555 Diet Challage. I called the number and got only a recording telling me to leave my name and number and someone would call me back. After looking this company up on the internet I noticed that others had the same false charges.
After contacting my bank I was told to file an E-form and the bank will close my account and do an investigation that may take up to 2 weeks and then I must apply for a new card. This is extremely upsetting and very inconvenient!
It is disgraceful that people can be so low and very scary that it was so easy to make this charges without my knowledge. I encourage everyone who was ripped off by these phonies to fight back because it is simpy wrong!
