Wuyisource - Wulongsource The company took my order and charged me for it, delivered nothing, then found out they are a copycat website

I went on "opra" website and this was the company name that appeared for chinese tea that I ordered. Later to find out that this was not the right company and that they are a copycat website. They took my order on Mastercard, but i did not receive any tea, although they did bill my creditcard for the amount of $63.01. I have since sent three emails and recieved one return email from wulong@wulongsource.com telling me that they did not have the order number i had given them and that this copycat website "wulongsurce.com" now "wuyisource, com" was the one that i ordered my tea from. I am totally frustrated and feel very like i have no recourse to take.
