When I spoke with Carol she told me that the fastest way to move into the technical position was by working in the human resources department recruiting applicants.

I signed up for the savings plan because to start recruiting you have to enroll yourself and refer someone to enroll in the premier health savings plan. I wanted to get into the technical position as soon as possible since I am going to school for this.

I decided to contact the career path advisor assigned to me and she told me that the technical support position is not available to me and that I can only do sales or recruiting.
