Peak Fitness / Abc Financial
Misuse of credit card. Making up high amounts and taking 3 payments at a time

I signed up for a membership with Peak fitness. Abc financial is their company that collects the money. They did not tell me that I signed a 2 year contract.
I assume anything longer then a year they should at least let you know. The contact is pretty long and I did not see any dates.

Besides that if I missed a payment the next month they would take out 2 payments at a time, plus a late charge. At one time they took over 150.00 out of my account without authorization. THey told me this was legal for them to do. They told me that they have full control over my credit card. When I told them that I did not authorize them to use it anymore. They kept using, saying they would keep using it until I paid them.
I wrote them a letter cancelling my account and got no response.
