Definitely a rip-off, returned goods get "address unknown" Las Vegas

The same thing happened to me as has happened to so many others here. I ordered the free sample and then they started sending the stuff to me and billing my credit card.

I call Visa Signature and appealed the charge. They told me to return the stuff, so I did (on 12/7) and it was returned to me last week "addressee unknown."

Then yesterday I received another bottle full and I am sure there is another charge on the Visa. I will call Visa again and appeal the charge. They have been taking the charges off.

I do not know how to get this to stop.
