In my opion these guys are crooks

I sent in a $70 rebate on a moniter and forgot to attached the serial number tab. I then sent this in with a proof of mailing within the rebate time period. They have 'lost' the servial number tb and refuse to consider my proof of mailing.

At the same time I orderd $60 worth of tiems and this was mis-sent by UPS. I canceled the order which they accepted, then they sent me another order (by error they said). This was returned to them on June 23 with they return authorization number (tracking was done - they received it on June 26) and they have yet to credit me. I call them and they say that the refund is in progress.

I have notifed my credit card company and they can do nothing on a rebate, but should be able to revse the $60. Can I go to small calims her ein Calif on them?
