Ripoff cheat customers out of money with deception

After just having moved to the greater New Orleans area we, my daugther and I looked for an optometrist and optician. Since my daugther was home from college in the weekend we found Eyeglass world to be conveneantly open on sunday. They offered us a '3 Year Service Plan' (discount on routine contact lens eye exams, speciality contactlens exam and discount on lenses) for $69.-
An half year supply lenses for (right and left) $120.-
That was a lot of money but what did I know of prices here since we moved here from outside of the USA. But now I know better and feel very deceived and cheated.

Last weekend my daughter needed new lenses and went to the Eyeglass world place, found a note on the door telling that they were out of bussiness and that former clients could go to " Vision Outlet" which she heard later bought the files of all the clients.
She ordered her new contacts and now she had to pay $77.56
for the same lenses. How is that possible.
What I am furieus about is that I payed for a plan that I cannot even use and payed almost twice as much for lenses. Gggggrrrrrr
