Someone called me, I don't remember his name. He said that the government was giving out grants randomly because of excess money in their accounts and that my name was picked. The gentleman was very convincing. He stated that he needed my bank information so that he could get the money deposited. Like a dummy i gave it. The next thing he said was that i had to answer some automated questions which i did. The last thing he said before we hung up was that the money would be deposited witin 24 hours.

A couple of days later a fee of 29.95 was taken out of my account. I called my bank and got the phone number of the company (866-407-1029) and expressed my concerns with them taking my money out of my account without authorization. The lady on the line told me to wait for the welcome package i would receive and then call back. This call took place on the 10th of Dec. I called back again the next day and talked to another lady and specifically told her to cancel my account because they opened it under false pretences.

I let her know that i filed a report with the Better Business Bureau and she then sounded concerned. She then gave me a cancellation number (cxlo5o4399). I just received my welcome letter on 17 Dec. It was mailed out on 14 Dec.
