Charged my credit card but i have not received my order from 9/12/07

I have been a customer of doctor_scripts for 2 years. On 8 10 07 i ordered a new doctors consultation as well as medication. I received that and i had two refills left. On 9/12/07 they charged my credit card again and i have yet to receive my order (today is 11/29/07) i used to be able to get ahold on them by phone only to have them 1st give me a bogus tracking number, 2nd say my order was sent to a local pharmacy, which it was not, 3rd being told numerous times it is being investigated, to now the phones are only a repeated busy signal day in and day out, and there is no email contact.
