Ripped me off for $69.95. Claims I didn't cancel in time to stop automatic shipment

I was fooled by the 10 day free trial offer. I didn't realize that if I didn't call them within 10 days I was giving them $70.

The number they gave on their website to cancel says within 15 days but it is not a working number. When I finally found a number and talked with someone claiming to be the supervisor of customer service I was told by Charlene that she made the decisions and there was no one I could talk with that could overide her decision

They are shameless and should be stopped. If anyone figures out I am in. I intend to contact the president of the company if I find him and I will post the info here.
