I cancelled order and they sent next shipment anyway

I ordered a free trial for shipping and handling charges. I called on the 14th day to cancel further shipments and received a confirmation of cancellation. Then they charged my bank account $99.95. I called and they said I didn't cancel in time and the shipment had been sent, however, I just received the package and it was not sent until 5 days after my call.
