I also was scammed by ivory white. When i called to tell them that i had gotten no paperwork on the terms of trial, they said you signed an agreement online. There is nothing on their website concerning the terms, you have to actually go back and order again to read the terms.
When i told them that i wanted to return the unopen, unused full shipment they said they dont accept returns.
I have written a letter to my credit card company disputing the charges. Havent heard back yet.
Oh also, when i called customer service, they were rude and hung up on me when i questioned them.
