Promised themoon in coverage

I should have seen this one coming! A Unit Manager with the company told me that the policy I was purchasing would be an 80%-20% coverage. Then, if I purchased the supplementary policy, I would only end up paying around 12% after the $500.00 deductible. Well, to date, my surgical and hospital charges have exceeded $15,000 and United has paid around $2,000. I guess I should have asked if I would be responsible for 80% since they are only paying 20%!! The Neurosurgen's office visits were between $100 - $235, United paid $50. MRI charges were $1706., U/A paid $460. I have been in contact with this Unit Mgr. Many times to be told that he was working on it. I am ashamed to realize that I was offered the moon only to recieve a pebble of dirt!
