Phone prescription ripoff

A person calling himself Dr. Steve Larson called and offered a great deal on my prescription medication. I was the asked to call the pharmacy which is ran by a person named Peter Anderson, who confirms your credit card info and offers an even better deal on your prescription medication. I placed my order for 200 valium and actually received half of my order. When I call to find out where the remainder of my order is I keep getting the run around by the following names: John, William, Luis and Peter Anderson. They will not return my phone calls and Peter is always away from the office and I am told he is the only one who can help. They have many phone numbers so beware. Listed below are the numbers I know of:
866-978-5445,305-921-9912,305-394-6420,305-359-3473 and 305-722-3198.
It has been 9 weeks and 30 or more phone calls with no resolution to my complaints. They also stated that they would not refund my money.
I've given them many chances to rectify this issue with no luck.
Please beware of their rip off tactics. If they would refund my money or send the remainder of my order I would be satisfied, but I thought it best to warn the rest of you about them before they rif off anyone else. They also call themselves Pharmameds.
