Bogus representation

I too received a call from this company a week ago and the representative told me that they we're part of the Social Security Department and that for the next 6 months I would receive $500 to my checking account for being a worthy tax payer. No mention of $ 39.95 was made that they would charge me for that. They had all my information except a routing/or pin number. After being charge I too called and they said I had to wait for my package to come. After receiving this so called package (a one page letter) it included a free gas voucher which was supposedly mine to keep even if I cancel this "membership". They refuse to reimburse me the $ 39.95 and the gas voucher isn't valid. I would be more than happy to join a lawsuit against this so called company. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told they were "unavailable". I've called them 3 times and to no avail this company is bogus and does not represent themselves as they claim in their package. They not only offer so called insurance services but they apparently provide money saving coupons as well.in any case I believe their company to be fraudulent, even their website does not help as their FAQ page is not up and there is really no one to speak to in regards to getting money refunded for services not rendered or false.
