Horrified after checking bank stmt that I was double charged $99.41 totalling $198.82 for my so called free trial

I order a so called free trial of the Product Pure Health Green Tea & Hoodia that was supposed to be $4.95 for shipping & handling. I did receive 2 bottles. When I received my bank stmt. I was so horrified to see that this company had charged me twice $99.41 for the "free trail".

I called to dispute these charges and spoke to a person named Deserie. She said that there was absolutely nothing she could do, they do not take back merchandise, since I had returned one of the bottles.

"She said I probably double clicked so I could get an extra bottle". I did not. I asked several times to speak to her Supervisor. She said I could not, she was quite capable of handling all phone calls. She hung up on me. I called 2 more times and she said that there was no one I could speak to or do anything for me.
I told her what a hardship this was for me. Her anser was "We all have problems in life and that is just how it goes". My daughter was hit by a car in July and I have severe back problems. I cannot afford almost $200.00 for this $4.95 Free Trail product.

What a horrible rip-off. She was so rude, and told me she would just hang up on me if I called back, so I went on line and found this site. I am going to my Bank and try to get this rectified. Do not purchase from this company, they are thieves.
