Rude sales people, rotten service and no return policy for defective makeup

The salespeople at the Kamay store in Solana Beach, CA are very rude. There is a French woman working there whose behavior is totally unbusinesslike and unprofessional. She is abrupt and needs to be in another profession, certainly not customer service. The manager at the store also needs to be retrained and does not stand behind her products which they refuse refunds even if the product does not work. There are many other cosmetic and beauty stores who have better quality products for better prices and will accomodate the customer if they are not happy.

I had purchased a makeup product which did not work and they REFUSED to do anything about it. They definately do not put the customer first and do not stand behind their merchandise. Their prices are also much higher than other stores. Customers beware! Stay away from Kamay stores, especially the Solana Beach one!
