Brandedmedicine - Med Pro Charges made to my credit card without my knowledge ripoff

On checking my recent credit card statement there were charges that I did not recognise. These charges were made to my credit card without my knowledge. The companies involved are brandedmedicines.com and med pro. I do not know how med pro got my details as I never purchased any items from them. I did place one order with brandedmedicines.com although my credit card shows three orders.
My understanding of it is that these companies are in 'cahoots' with each other and pass information to each other.
