Stole 99.95 from me. They lie to you-do not buy their products!

I got scammed as well. My story is the same as others.in late July I signed on for the free sample of Lipoplex and agreed to pay shipping only. A few days later I received the sample in the mail. There was no label on the package, no receipt or reminder about canceling within 14 days. Exactly 14 days later, I saw a charge for $99.95.

I called and was told that there is not a return or refund policy-and that I won't be getting my money back-but they will be happy to cancel any further shipments.
I paid with a debit card—Big Mistake! I had to call the bank and get a new card issued. If you don't, they will continue to charge you!!! I still have yet to receive the product in the mail that I was charged $99.95 for!

This company must be stopped. They are tricky, deceptive, and slick. They cover their butts by stating that you agreed to the terms and conditions clause that allows them to charge you $99.95, if you do not cancel within 14 days. This "clause" should be displayed clearly upon ordering the sample, but it's not.

I am working with my bank to get my money back. It's more difficult if you used a debit card over a credit card. But if you have been scammed, please report it! I am also going to talk to my local news station to see if they can help spread the word about this awful company.
