Pure Energy Products
They ripped me off of $149.95 by an un authorized charge to my Visa account & then never sent product nor do I want it

I signed up on the internet for $4.95 to cover shipping charges for a sample of an aplitite supressant. It didn't work. Then, in November, Pure Energy Products charged my Visa $149.95 for a four month supply which I never even received nor do I want it. I reported this to my Bank and orginally they gave me a refund after filling out forms 3 different times. Then around May, they recharged my account for this product and told me to go to Better Business Bureau. I went to the Better Business Bureau and today they state that Pure Energy Products is not a member of their bureau and the company will not cooperare with them.

So, now, I have spent $149.95 for a product that has never been delivered nor do I want it. I want my $149.95 back. I, a senior citizen, have been ripped off by this unscrupitious company. Help!!!
