I have ordered prescriptions online for several years without incident. However, I had never placed an order with Best-Medz.com until recently. My prior online success with others and the very professional Best-Medz website gave me no reason for mistrust.

May 8th I placed an order for Phentermine through Best-Medz. They gave me an immediate response. Less then 24hrs later my order was approved and I recieved a shipment confirmation. Again all very professional. I was impressed by Best-Medz prompt correspondence.

The company stated my prescription would arrive within 14-17 business days although the website stated Phentermine shipments could take 18-24 business days to arrive.

After 17 business days I sent three periodic emails to service@best-medz and received an immediate automated response that my inquiry would be reviewed and responded to within 48hrs. Each of my emails were met with the same automated response word for word. With each 48hrs passed and no attempt to respond to my inquiry was made. At 24 business days I called the customer service line and was informed by a digital voice that the number could not be reached.

To no avail I have sent numerous emails and received the standard "48hrs"/automated response deception. Today I received an email that stated they would re-ship my order. I know this is another automated, false email they routinely send out to unwitting patrons. I have read this exact scenario from another Best-Medz customer on the consumer complaints. Best-Medz next email will contain an offer to "Express re-ship" my prescription at an additional charge! Unbelievable.

It is June 25th and I still have not received my order nor do I ever expect to. It is a 200.00$ lesson. DO NOT order from Best-Medz! There are online pharmacies that can be trusted but this certainly isn't one of them! Please do yourself a favor and research customers that have had success before you order. DO not rely on so-called customer testimonials on the pharmacy's website.

If anyone is interested in emailing me regarding Best-Medz or other bogus companies please feel free. I also would appreciate any recommendation for legitimate pharmacies!
