Ripoff did not deliver contact lenses

I ordered some contact lenses from Nvisioneyes.com and never received them. The website said I would be given a tracking number for my order, but I never received it. The website gives no phone number to contact. I used Paypal and my money was refunded by Paypal, but that was after several weeks and there was no explanation or apology from Nvisioneyes. I am not convinced that Nvisioneyes is a real business.
