They Dont tell you that you will be charged and that you can't reach them

I got the email and was just going through deleting emails, and i clicked on it to see what kind of scam it was going to be well it only said that you paid $4.95 for shipping and handling nothing else, so i put in my information and it said my order would be here within7-10 business days, which it was however i wasnt here to sign for it and i didnt sign for it until 5/31 and they charged my account on 5/30 for $149.95.

I dont understand how they can charge me for something that i didnt have and i cant send back whenever there is no address to send back to!
