Bullying, Lying, Fraud and Dishonest Billings Ripoff North Brunswick Trinity Mills New Jersey

This is a new breed of Corporations emegring nowadays, or may be existed centuries ago, but more and more greed.

I cancelled my memberships (2) with LA Fitness in Nove. 17, and mailed these cancellations to its headquarters, Irvin, CA.

The company kept billing my ctedit card even with higher than the monthly fees. I called to inquire of the billing, and the counter person at in Irvin, Ca first denied that he hadn't receive my cancellation, during my converstion with him, he finally admitted that found the cancellation form.

I cancelled my credit card so that they would not charge it further. Then I get at least more five to deven calls a day, day or nights. They insisted to give them my credit card number. I went myself to see the manager or someone who can resolve the situation, and to request them not to call my home since I do not own them any money. They in fact owes me money, because, in my membership, I pay two months in advance. This money, has been sallowed.

However, I finally spoke to a Distric manager"Brian", he made it as if he making a favor. I get a bill for $94.00 while they suppose to credut me back for two months advance.

After 45 minutes talking to this guy, I gave him a check and made sure this is final and I do not want any calls.

Today, I found they withdraw some money from myu CHECKING ACCOUNT without authorization.

I went to another man " Blume". Here what he told me:

"This was your fault, you broke the contract" He called me crazy, and almost he would kick me out..

Is there anyone who can help stop these emerging monsters.
