Health-marketplace Debit Bank Account and failed to ship products, Did not return inquiries ripoff

I made an online order on March 15 for Creatine Monohydrate and Blast Vitamin powder. The company debited my bank account the next day for $80.90. Today is Monday, March 26. I've called the company on four separate occasions. I've been forced to leave messages but have been unable to speak to a person. None of my calls have been returned. I emailed the company my complaint from their website with no luck. This company should be put out of business. I will never deal with them again.
